Quick Books On-Line

E.A.S. is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We therefore use QuickBooks On-Line with all of our bookkeeping customers. As a ProAdvisor we offer our customers a 30% discount on all QuickBooks On-Line products. See detailed price list here.

E.A.S. will evaluate your particular needs, recommend the best product fit for your circumstances, and prepare a comprehensive plan to get you up and running quickly.

Setup

An initial retainer of $500 is due on signing for all new customers. This pays for 4 hours of initial setup time, plus 2 hours / month of month end financial report preparation for the next 90 days.

Tier Pricing

E.A.S. uses a tier system for pricing bookkeeping services.

Tier 1 – one hour of weekly processing
Tier 2 – two hours of weekly processing
Tier 3 – three hours of weekly processing

Monthly pricing per Tier1:

Tier 1 – $200
Tier 2 – $350
Tier 3 – $450

Term

All new accounts begin with a 90 day term. After this period, E.A.S. will assess the volume of the work required and evaluate your needs for the next 3 to 6 month period.

Tax Prep

E.A.S. offers discounted pricing for tax preparation and reporting. Pricing depends largely on the particular situation. However, full service, Tier 1 clients pay as little as $750 per year.
