At Expert Accounting Services LLC our mission is to provide exceptional accounting and tax services with the highest level of expertise and integrity. Our founder and Managing Member, Glen L Graves II, brings over 20 years of diversified experience in the fields of Public Accounting, Tax Preparation, Tax Resolution, Financial Reporting, and Operations, paired with a strong background in Computer Technology.
Glen’s Professional Journey
Glen began his career after graduating cum laude from the University of Washington’s School of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting. From there, he honed his skills at KPMG-Seattle, one of the Big 4 international accounting firms, where he served in both Tax and Audit divisions.
His career evolved as he transitioned into corporate leadership roles, most notably as Corporate Controller and Vice President of a mid-sized, privately held capital investment and management firm. His extensive financial acumen and hands-on experience with operational leadership enabled him to master the complexities of business finance, helping clients navigate through challenging financial landscapes.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting, public accounting, operations, management, and technology, I wanted to create a firm that embodies the principles I value: integrity, personalized service, and long-term partnerships. Having worked as a Big-4 audit and tax specialist and as a Corporate Controller for a successful small business, I knew that I could offer clients unique insights and expert guidance tailored to their specific needs. Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood, and I’m inspired by the variety of people and businesses I get to work with.
